The institute has performed several road-testing of MXT9(R) fuel additive and found the significant fuel economy saving in both gasoline and diesel engines. In cold weather, engine ignition has become easier to start, higher engine power, reduce air pollution, and most importantly MXT9(R) fuel additive is safety to the engines.
Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Standardization and Metrology (DSM), Lao Government
The department regulates the fuel properties standards of gasoline and diesel to be used in the country. The official tests were performed on the addition of MXT9(R) fuel additive into gasoline and diesel, and the results found that MXT9(R) fuel additive did not cause any deviation of fuel properties from the standards.
Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Renewable Energy and Material Innovation (REMI), Lao Government
The department performed testing of MXT9(R) fuel additive on biodiesel fuel. The results showed the positive combustion improvement and significant saving in biodiesel engine.
Lao State Fuel Company, Technical Department, Lao Government
The governmental fuel company performed the laboratory analysis of MXT9(R) fuel additive mixing with diesel and gasoline. The results confirmed that the fuel properties were maintained according to the national standards.
Lao Petroleum Station LMP
Lao Petroleum Station LMP has certified the quality of MXT9(R) fuel additive to use with both gasoline and diesel at the public petroleum station. More than 3,000 vehicles were filled in MXT9(R) fuel additive and the customers responded in a very positive improvement of engine power and savings. The test showed the higher fuel combustion efficiency which resulted in a higher sale record of the station by 10% – 12%.
Lao Petroleum Station ML
The ML (Moung-Loang Petroleum Sole Co. Ltd. has used MXT9(R) fuel additive in a public petrol station. With more than 3,500 vehicle engines, the results found that the customers felt fuel savings and easy to start the ignition. The customers were very satisfied with the improved fuel qualities and not having any negative effects to any vehicles. Sale volume of the station increased approximately 20% – 25% without any advertisement in public media.
Quatest 3, The Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, Government of Vietnam (For Gasoline)
The quality test of MXT9(R) fuel additive was tested at Quatest 3 in Hochiminh city, Vietnam. By mixing MXT9(R) fuel additive into gasoline, the department confirmed that the quality of gasoline is still in the normal range of gasoline quality standards of Vietnam.

Diesel engines are widely used in the construction and transportation industries. MXT9(R) fuel additive was tested with diesel and found all properties were in the normal operating range of diesel standards.
Safety Test and Confirmation of Using MXT9(R) fuel additive with 378 diesel trucks
A test was performed in Vietnam with 378 diesel trucks running in and between the cities. Various truck weight ranges of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 20 tons of various truck makes, the results confirmed that MXT9(R) fuel additive is safe and not harmful to any truck engines in the fleet.
